Weeks 1–2
Brief and audit
We watch how the work happens and write down what it costs you now.
Services
Every engagement produces the same two things: a written decision about what belongs in your work, and a system somebody actually uses afterwards.
Prices are on this page. All of them.
For one person · an owner, a principal, an executive who runs their own week
You opened one of these tools, asked it something, and got an answer that was fine. Then the week happened. The tab is still open somewhere.
It is not a discipline problem. Nobody has sat down with you and worked out which parts of your week should change, and then changed them with you.
The Executive AI Audit
$1,500
Three weeks. No access to your systems at any point.
This one is advice, not installation. Nothing of yours is touched, opened or reorganised.
Three sessions: one to work out how your week actually runs, one ninety-minute training on the tools against your real tasks, one to turn it into a routine you will keep.
You end up with: your top five uses for AI, ranked. A written decision on which tools you need and which you do not. A daily and weekly rhythm on one page. Twenty prompts built around your actual job. A written plan with 30, 60 and 90-day checkpoints. Recordings of everything.
Not included: any reorganising of your inbox or files, any software installed, any automation built, any website work, and anything that needs your IT department’s approval.
The Executive Operating System
$6,500
Six weeks. The most popular of the three, and the one most people need.
Everything in the Audit, and then the system gets built.
You end up with: an email system designed and set up with you in a working session, so you can maintain it. A file structure that holds. Up to three AI platforms configured. Thirty prompts organised by the work they belong to. One custom assistant. Up to three small automations. Four private training sessions. A personal operating manual. Thirty days of support afterwards.
How the sensitive part is handled: we design your inbox and file structure, then configure it with you, live. You keep the knowledge. Nothing is deleted, moved or renamed without your written authorisation and a verified backup, and moving your existing files is your decision, not our default.
Not included: website work, a CRM, custom software, additional employees, company-wide training, or large manual data migration.
The Principal’s System
$15,000
Twelve weeks. For an owner-operator whose own working week is the business.
A solo consultancy, a boutique firm, a founder with a small team around them. When the way you work is the product, the system has to go further.
Everything above, plus: up to five platforms evaluated and configured. Five automations. A CRM or client database designed and set up. Fifty prompts organised by business function. Six training sessions. A ninety-day roadmap.
AI is how I got out of the corporate world.
That is not a marketing line, it is what happened. It let me finally build the things I had been meaning to build for years, and it is why I believe this work matters for one person and not only for a company.
If you are sitting in a job you have outgrown, wondering whether there is another way — there is. I am not going to promise you what it looks like. But I can show you how the work changes.
For a director or an owner buying on behalf of people who have to use it
Your staff have been told to use AI. Some of them have tried. Most of them went back to what they were doing, because nobody changed the work itself.
This is implementation: a written system design you approve before anything is built, the build itself, and the training that makes it stick.
AI Foundations for Teams
$8,500
Four weeks. Up to fifteen people, one department.
The starting point when a team needs to be brought to a shared baseline before anything is rebuilt.
A readiness survey across the department. Two live workshops. A forty-prompt library built for your company’s actual work. A responsible-use checklist. A thirty-day adoption plan. A follow-up session and a repeat survey, so you can see what moved.
What this is not: no workflows are redesigned, no automations are built, and no platforms are configured for you. Those are the next engagement, and we would rather you knew that before you paid than after.
AI Workflow Transformation
$32,000
Ninety days. Up to fifteen people, one department.
A full audit of how the department works. Then a written system design, which you approve in writing before anything is built.
Five workflows redesigned. Five automations. Three platforms configured. A seventy-five prompt library. Three workshops for the people who will use it. An operating manual. Measurement at thirty, sixty and ninety days against a baseline taken in week one.
AI-Powered Business Transformation
$58,000
Ninety to one hundred and twenty days. Two departments.
Everything above, across two departments, plus the website and chatbot layer and a full governance pack: the data-sensitivity register, the acceptable-use policy, and the written rules for what must never be typed into these tools.
AI Workflow Transformation
Weeks 1–2
We watch how the work happens and write down what it costs you now.
Weeks 3–4
Gate one: nothing is built until you sign this.
Weeks 5–9
Configuration, automations, prompts, documentation.
Weeks 10–11
Against real work, with a named approver. Gate two: nothing goes live until this is signed off.
Week 12
The people who have to live in it are taught it, and it is recorded.
Days 30, 60, 90
Against the baseline taken in week one. Reported to you, not summarised.
Nothing is built before you approve the design.
Signature gate · weeks three to four
Nothing goes live without a rehearsal.
Signature gate · weeks ten to eleven
The module either side can add
$7,500
For an individual
$14,000
For a company
A review of your website and how it is found — search, and the newer question of whether AI assistants can read and cite you correctly. Then a chatbot built only on content you have approved, lead capture, and the integrations to make it useful.
It is priced separately because it is a different decision, a different way of going wrong, and a different thing to support. Hiding it inside a package would mean charging you for it either way.
Support runs from $750 a month for one person to $10,500 a month for a fractional transformation lead who carries the work ongoing.
Retainers begin after a project, never instead of one. No-code automations break when the apps underneath them change, which is not a thing a thirty-day window can cover. That is the honest argument for ongoing support, and it is worth saying out loud before you buy rather than after.
We are not a development shop. If you need custom software written, that is a different company and we will tell you so.
We do not work with health records, privileged legal matter, card data, student records, or anything under the financial advice rules. Not because they do not need this — because doing it properly needs contracts and infrastructure we do not have yet, and pretending otherwise would be the risk, not the caution.
If what you want is a plan to reduce headcount, we are the wrong people.
Thirty minutes. No presentation.
You describe how the work happens now, and I will tell you which of the things on this page you need — including, sometimes, none of them.
