Book a call

Thirty minutes, and a proposal after

You describe how the work happens now. We work out what you actually need, talk through the options, and a written proposal follows — including, sometimes, the one that says none of this is for you.

English or Spanish. Nothing is prepared in advance and there is no presentation.

Pick a time

The calendar below is Google’s and some browsers and company networks block it. If it does not appear, open it in a new tab or write to hello@byposhpixel.com and we will find a time.

What happens in the thirty minutes

You talk first.
How your week actually runs, or how your team’s work actually moves. Not what you want to buy.
We work out what you need.
That is the job of the half hour. Thirty minutes is enough for it because you know your own work, and none of the time is spent presenting.
We go through the options together.
Everything we sell is priced in public on the services page, so there is no reveal. What the call is for is deciding which of them is actually yours.
A written proposal follows.
Scope, price and dates, in writing, after the call. You decide on a document rather than on a conversation you half remember.
Sometimes the answer is none of them.
If you need custom software written, or your work is in an area we do not take on, we will say so on the call rather than in a proposal three weeks later.

Nothing is signed on the call. No deposit, no pressure, and no offer that expires.

Not ready for a call?

The quiz is twelve questions and about five minutes. It ends with a recommendation for which piece of work fits, and we email you a copy.
