About
Cata Balzano
Posh Pixel AI decides which AI belongs in your business, builds it into how your team already works, and trains the people who have to use it. It is led by one person, and this is her.
Ten years in media, journalism and digital content, making complicated things understandable on deadline. Co-author of two books on artificial intelligence. A master’s in digital marketing and business transformation, specialising in AI, from Rome Business School. Colombian-born, Miami-based, working in English and Spanish.
She is not a software engineer, a cybersecurity expert or a lawyer, and does not pretend to be. When work needs one of those, she brings in a specialist and says so.
Why a journalist
A newsroom teaches two things that turn out to matter more than the technology does. The first is explaining something complicated to somebody who has no reason to already understand it, on a deadline, without making them feel stupid. The second is verification — checking a claim before repeating it.
Both of those are the job here. Most of what is written about AI is either a sales pitch or a warning, and neither tells you what to do on Tuesday. The work is deciding what belongs in your week, building it, and then teaching the people who have to live in it.
What we will hold to
- We measure, or we do not claim.
- No promised number of hours saved, no promised revenue, no promised position in search results. Baseline first.
- We sell no software.
- No referral fees from any platform. Most clients end up using two, not five.
- We do not touch what we cannot restore.
- No deletion, no bulk move, no rename without written authorisation and a verified export.
- We say when we are the wrong people.
- Sometimes the written decision at the end of a call is that you do not need us.
Thirty minutes, no deck.
You describe how the work happens now. I will tell you whether there is anything here for you.
