What we collect, and what we do with it

This describes what actually happens on this website, not what a template says usually happens. Where something is built but switched off, it says so.

Posh Pixel AI is a trading name of Cata Balzano, Inc., a company in Miami, Florida. Anything on this page, including a request to see or delete what we hold about you, reaches us at hello@byposhpixel.com.

The quiz

If you complete the Fit Finder you give us your answers, your name and your email address. We keep all three, send you a copy of your result, and use it to reply to you. We keep the answers as you submitted them and do not edit them afterwards.

Buying the book

Your card is handled entirely by Stripe. We never see your card number and it never reaches this website. What we keep is a record of the order: what you bought, when, what you paid, your email address, and Stripe’s reference for the payment.

Writing to us

Your email address and whatever you choose to put in the message. Nothing else.

Booking a call

The booking calendar on our call page is Google’s. What you type into it goes to Google and then to us as a calendar invitation, under Google’s terms rather than ours.

Ordinary web traffic

Our host records the usual things a web server records, including your IP address, to serve the page and to block abuse.

A small website still needs other companies to run. These are all of ours, and what each one sees.

Cloudflare

Hosts the site and stores everything described above. Cloudflare also runs the “are you a person” check on the quiz and on our sign-in, and a traffic counter that sets no cookie and does not follow you anywhere.

Stripe

Takes the payment. Stripe sees your card details; we do not.

Resend

Sends the emails — your quiz result, your download link, our replies. Resend sees your email address and the contents of those messages.

Google

Two things, and one that is switched off. The booking calendar is Google’s. The typefaces are loaded from Google’s font service, which means your browser asks Google for them and Google sees your IP address when it does — we would rather serve the fonts ourselves and intend to. Google Analytics is built into this site but is not switched on as of 16 September 2026, so nothing is being reported to it.

It is worth saying now how it will work, because the switch is a single line and we would rather not quietly change this page the day it is flipped.

Advertising features stay off, everywhere, permanently. In the EU, the UK, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein nothing is written to your device until you have said yes. Your answer to that question is stored in your own browser and never reaches our server. Our own dashboard is not measured at all.

This site does not set a cookie to follow you. Today it sets none of its own at all.

Three other things may. Cloudflare’s human check sets one while it works. Stripe sets its own during a payment. If analytics is switched on and you are asked for consent, your answer is stored in your browser so you are not asked on every page.

Enquiries and quiz answers: for as long as we might reasonably be talking to you, and then because a record of what somebody was told matters if it is ever disputed.

Orders: for as long as tax and accounting rules require, which is longer than we would otherwise keep them.

Download links expire ninety days after purchase.

Ask us what we hold about you and we will tell you. Ask us to correct it and we will. Ask us to delete it and we will, with one exception we cannot make: a record of a purchase has to survive, because tax rules and card disputes both depend on it.

Nothing here is meant for anyone under eighteen, and we do not knowingly collect anything from under-eighteens.

When this changes, the date at the top changes with it. We will not make a material change quietly.
