Refunds
When you get your money back
Two different situations, two different rules. Changing your mind and being sold something broken are not the same thing, and it would be dishonest to treat them as one.

If you change your mind
Fourteen days from your purchase, provided you have not downloaded anything.
Once a file has been downloaded the sale is final. A book cannot be handed back.
So — and we would rather say this before you buy than after — if you are not sure, do not open the download link yet. It stays valid for ninety days. Take a few of them.
If we got it wrong
Separately, and with no conditions attached: a file that will not open, the wrong language edition, a double charge, or anything that is not what the page said it was, is refunded whether or not you downloaded it and whether or not the fortnight has passed.
That is not a change of mind. That is a failure to deliver, and the two do not share a rule.
How it is paid back
To the card or account you paid with.
If you were paying in two and a refund is due, we refund what has actually been paid, cancel the payment that has not been taken, and the download link stops working.
Statutory rights
If you are in the EU or the UK you have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase. We acknowledge it. We are not asking you to sign it away, and this page does not.
Consulting, speaking and the course
- Consulting
- Not covered by this page. Terms are in the written proposal you approve before any work starts, including what happens if it ends early.
- Speaking
- The booking terms are on the speaking page, in public: a cancellation inside fourteen days retains fifty per cent, inside seven days the full fee, and one date change is allowed more than twenty-one days out.
- The course
- Not on sale yet, so there is nothing to refund. When it opens, this page will say what happens if the filming schedule slips — before anyone pays, not after.
Asking
Write to hello@byposhpixel.com. Tell us what you bought and what went wrong, or just that you changed your mind — you do not have to justify that one.
A real person reads it.
