Posh Pixel AI
Business Transformation in the Age of AI
Posh Pixel AI decides which AI belongs in your business, builds it into how your team already works, and trains the people who have to use it.
You do not need to know anything about AI to start. That is the job.

Where would you like to start?
I want to work better.
You run your own week. The tools are supposed to help and mostly they add another tab.
My team needs this.
You have people who need to work differently, and telling them to use AI has not worked.
Sound familiar?
You have nodded along in a meeting about AI and hoped nobody asked you a question.
Nothing here assumes you already know anything. No winking at the people who do. If a word needs explaining, it gets explained the first time it appears.
You are not trying to do more with less. You would like your Thursday back.
This work gives hours back to the people doing the work. We do not sell headcount reduction and we will not help you plan it.
You think everyone else has this figured out.
Almost nobody does. The companies that look confident mostly are not. Being deliberate now beats being early and wrong, and most of the early movers were wrong.
You are worried about typing the wrong thing into the wrong box.
So are we. Every engagement starts by deciding what must never go into these tools, in writing, before anything is switched on. Nothing is deleted, moved or renamed without your written authorisation and a verified backup.
You do not want to install anything, configure anything, or look at code.
You will not have to. There is no code in any of this. Nothing to install, and nothing you have to configure yourself.
You have bought something like this before and never used it.
Every engagement produces named things on named dates, and a written decision about what you do not need. Sometimes that decision is that you do not need us.
What we actually do
The consulting is two things. AI workflow design — changing how work actually moves through your business. And business transformation — what that adds up to once it has.
Decide.
Most businesses are not short of AI information. They are stuck choosing. We study how your work actually happens and write down which tools belong in it and which do not. Most clients end up using two, not five.
Build.
Then we build it — the prompts, the assistants, the small automations, the file and email structure — into the way your team already works, rather than asking them to work a new way.
Teach.
Then we teach the people who have to live in it. Recorded, written down, and yours to keep. We sell no software and take no referral fees from any platform.
How the work runs
The Clear Desk Method
Seven stages. Two of them are gates, and nothing passes them without your signature.
| Stage | What happens |
|---|---|
| Brief | What the work is, what it costs you now, what better looks like. |
| Audit | Your workflows, your tools, your readiness, and what data is sensitive. |
| Script | The written system design. Nothing is built until you approve this. |
| Build | Configuration, automations, prompts, documentation. |
| Rehearse | Tested against your real work, with a named approver. Nothing goes live until this is signed off. |
| Air | Launch, train, adopt, measure at 30, 60 and 90 days. |
| Rewrite | Continuous improvement, under a retainer. |
Nothing is built before you approve the design.
